Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Deepo Solutions (Private) Limited, the company that operates Deepo (“Deepo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our website, applications, AI planning assistant, and marketplace (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide
- Account information — your name, email address, phone number, city, and country when you create an account or sign in.
- Project & conversation content — the messages you exchange with the Deepo assistant, files or images you attach, and the projects, scopes, budgets, and plans you create.
- Order information — the products and services you order through the marketplace, delivery details, and order history.
- Business & payout information — if you use Deepo Partners as a vendor, the business details, catalogue, prices, and bank account information you provide so we can list your products and pay you.
- Communications — messages you send us directly, such as support requests or feedback.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data — your IP address, browser and device type (user agent), and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Usage data — how you interact with the Services, such as pages visited, features used, and AI usage volume, used for quota management and service operation.
- Local storage — we store limited data (such as your session and active cart or order reference) in your browser's local storage so the Services work correctly. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
Information from third parties
- Authentication — you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. If we offer sign-in or notifications via WhatsApp, we receive confirmation of your phone number from Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including generating plans, estimates, and schedules through our AI assistant.
- To create and manage your account, and to authenticate you when you sign in.
- To process and fulfil your marketplace orders and connect you with vendors and professionals.
- To improve the Services — we may review conversations with the AI assistant internally to improve the accuracy of estimates, catalogue matching, and the quality of the assistant's responses.
- To communicate with you about your account, orders, and the Services.
- To monitor, debug, and secure the Services, including detecting fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. AI processing of your conversations
Deepo's assistant is powered by AI models provided by Anthropic, PBC. When you chat with the assistant, your messages and relevant project context are sent to Anthropic to generate responses. Under our agreement with Anthropic, your conversations are not used to train Anthropic's models.
Deepo may review conversations internally, in accordance with Section 2, to improve our product. Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers or financial account numbers) in your conversations with the assistant.
Deepo Partners (vendor app)
Deepo Partners lets a business connect its WhatsApp Business number so that Deepo can draft replies to the business's customers. When this is enabled, the content of the WhatsApp messages exchanged with the business's customers is sent to Anthropic, PBC to generate draft replies. The business's own account details — its name, email address, and phone number — are not sent to Anthropic, and this content is not used to train Anthropic's models. Businesses consent to this processing when they connect WhatsApp during onboarding, and can stop it at any time by disconnecting WhatsApp in the app.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by Deepo — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy. We retain records of your transactions (amounts, items, and status) to fulfil orders and maintain your purchase history.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers — companies that help us operate the Services, including Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider (sign-in codes and notifications), Meta / WhatsApp (messages, where offered), Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each receives only the information needed to perform its function.
- Vendors and professionals — when you place an order or book a professional through the marketplace, we share the details needed to fulfil it, such as your name, contact information, delivery address, and order contents.
- Project members — if you invite others to a project, they can see the project's content, including plans, budgets, and orders associated with it.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Deepo, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Conversation history and project data are retained so you can return to your plans at any time. Transaction records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to keep it.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — please use a strong, unique means of access and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
8. Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information — including full account deletion — by emailing privacy@deepo.pk. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may retain certain information where required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to data portability or the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. International transfers
Deepo is operated from the United States, and our service providers process data in the United States and other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with data protection laws different from those in your country of residence. We take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. You must be at least 18 to place orders through the marketplace. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by email before the changes take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last revised.
12. Contact us
If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at privacy@deepo.pk.
